If you’re networking yourself, set up a linkein account so that you can showcase the freelance work you’ve done over the years. I have to update my linkedin account so I can potentially find more work, but it has helped me a lot over the years already.
Have you found any more work through Linkedin?
I love Linkedin, it has helped me out a ton when it comes to finding work. Especially helps me find freelance work that fits what I do. It’s a nice place to connect with other like minded people as well.
Linkedin is a lifesaver for sure. I got a few of my last jobs because of linkedin, as there are always people looking for freelance workers.
Plus I prefer it over sending in a resume, a lot easier this way.
Gents,
I have never taken LinkedIn seriously; I don’t like all the freakin posts. With that being said, I do see its value.
How do you find gigs and freelancers on LinkedIn?
I would love to know.
“Every failure brings with it the seed of an equivalent success…”
It is about community, users, and suppliers of goods and services helping each other out sharing ideas.
The basic idea is to create a place where people can come to learn and explore what is needed to start that side gig or that small business that you have always wanted. We also want people that have already taken the step to show their stuff, offer their services.
